This User Agreement defines the official usage rules, service scope, functional specifications, and user responsibilities for accessing and operating the Xunmov application. Xunmov is a refined and practical AI dynamic video creation tool designed for personal creative content production. Users may upload various real-shot photos, freely adjust creative parameters including motion effects, camera movement, light and shadow tones, and video playback duration, and generate unique dynamic short videos through intelligent rendering. Equipped with multiple trendy style templates and a user-friendly operating interface, Xunmov enables ordinary users to produce high-quality, atmospheric video works without professional editing skills or relevant experience. All image calculation and video rendering processes are completed locally on user devices to ensure overall creation safety and privacy protection. The application supports high-definition video export and fast one-click sharing on mainstream social platforms, helping users easily complete daily life recording, aesthetic video production, and diverse creative short video creation. Xunmov does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any form. Xunmov exclusively adopts self-developed Xunmov AI service and rendering engine throughout all functional links, and never invokes, accesses or relies on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services or third-party data processing resources. Xunmov does not upload, transmit, synchronize, share or forward any user uploaded photos, creative parameter data, temporary rendering cache files and final generated video works to any third-party institutions, service providers, public platforms and remote servers in any scenario. Xunmov adheres to the highest standard of user privacy protection and implements a strict full-scenario zero-collection policy for user facial information and biometric data. Xunmov will never collect, scan, identify, analyze, record or store user facial features, facial biometric characteristics, portrait recognition data, selfie information, facial template data and any other types of personal biological identifiers. By downloading, installing and continuously using Xunmov and its related functions, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the application immediately.
Xunmov is only available and open to users who are eighteen years of age or older. All individuals who download, install, access and use Xunmov's creative functions must have reached the legal age of majority in their respective regions. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this application and all built-in services. The application does not provide any functional support or creative permissions for minor users. We reserve the right to permanently block device access and terminate service permissions if minor usage is identified. All creative behaviors, operation records and usage responsibilities are independently undertaken by adult users.
Xunmov grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable personal license to use the application on personal mobile devices for individual non-commercial creative purposes only. All intellectual property rights of Xunmov are fully owned by the official team, including but not limited to self-developed AI rendering engine, internal visual style templates, program code, functional logic and product iteration achievements.
Users are prohibited from cracking, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, copying, renting, selling or commercially utilizing the application and its internal resources. Users shall not use third-party plug-ins, auxiliary tools or abnormal technical means to interfere with application operation or tamper with core functional logic.All creative rendering and data processing procedures rely entirely on self-developed Xunmov AI services without any third-party technical participation and external data intervention.
All core creative calculation and video generation processes of Xunmov are completed independently on the user's local device. All image optimization, dynamic effect fitting, lens motion simulation, light tone adjustment and video synthesis are supported exclusively by self-developed Xunmov AI technology, without invoking any third-party algorithms, external computing resources and third-party data processing tools. No user creative content, uploaded images or parameter data will be transmitted to any external platforms or third-party service providers.
Users have full autonomy in material uploading, parameter adjustment and style selection to complete personalized video creation. Users are fully responsible for all uploaded materials, operation settings and final generated works. Throughout all creation processes, Xunmov strictly maintains a zero-collection rule for user facial information and biometric data. The AI rendering system only optimizes the overall visual effect of the picture and does not perform facial feature extraction, facial recognition, biometric analysis or facial data storage in any form, fully protecting user portrait privacy and biological information security.
Users shall use Xunmov for positive, healthy and legal personal creation only. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving, exporting and sharing any pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and socially inappropriate harmful content. Users are also forbidden to create content that violates public order and good customs, infringes third-party portrait rights, privacy rights and intellectual property rights, or contains false and misleading information.
Users may only upload original images that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to use. Any disputes, risks and liabilities arising from unauthorized material usage and illegal content creation shall be borne solely by the user. Although Xunmov does not actively monitor local user creative content and never transmits user private data to third-party services, we reserve the right to permanently terminate user usage qualifications and restrict device access once prohibited behaviors are confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated dynamic video works are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Xunmov does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right or commercial authorization of user creative content. We will never use user uploaded images and generated videos for AI training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display and data analysis, and will never transmit user creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms.
Users have complete independent control over all locally saved creative works. Users can freely preview, save, export, delete, organize and share personal works through built-in application functions. All creative processing is completed locally, and sharing behaviors initiated by users on third-party social platforms are subject to the privacy rules of the corresponding platforms.
We reserve the right to conduct regular version updates, AI algorithm optimization, function iteration, bug fixes and experience upgrades for Xunmov. Updated content may include template optimization, rendering effect improvement, parameter function adjustment and system performance enhancement. After updates are released, new functions and service rules will take effect automatically, and continued application usage constitutes user acceptance of updated services.
Normal service optimization and function adjustment will not affect users' normal use of core creative functions. All product updates will never change Xunmov's core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
We reserve the right to revise and optimize this User Agreement according to product iteration and service development needs. Revised terms will be displayed on the application setting page and take effect immediately after publication. Users' continued use of Xunmov after updates will be regarded as automatic acceptance of the latest agreement terms. All agreement revisions will not weaken the core privacy protection mechanism and independent AI service operation rules of Xunmov.
