Powered by fully self-developed Xunmov AI rendering technology, the application can quickly convert ordinary static images into smooth, vivid and stylish creative dynamic videos. The application is equipped with a wealth of trendy style templates, featuring an intuitive and easy-to-operate interface that allows users to complete professional-level video creation without any professional video editing skills or creative experience. Xunmov supports high-definition video export and one-click quick sharing on social platforms, enabling users to easily produce daily life records, atmospheric aesthetic works and various trendy creative short videos. Xunmov does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any form. Xunmov exclusively adopts self-developed Xunmov AI service and rendering engine for all creative calculation and image processing procedures, and never invokes, accesses or relies on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services or third-party data processing resources. Xunmov does not upload, transmit, synchronize, share or forward any user uploaded photos, creative parameter data, temporary rendering cache files and final generated video works to any third-party institutions, service providers, public platforms and remote servers in any scenario. Xunmov adheres to the highest standard of user privacy protection and implements a strict full-scenario zero-collection policy for user facial information and biometric data. Xunmov will never collect, scan, identify, analyze, record or store user facial features, facial biometric characteristics, portrait recognition data, selfie information, facial template data and any other types of personal biological identifiers. Xunmov is only available and open to users who are eighteen years of age or older. All users who download, install and use the application and all its core creative functions must reach the legal age of majority in their respective countries and regions. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using Xunmov and all its internal services. The application does not provide any functional services, technical support or creative permissions for minor users. We do not collect any information related to minors, and we will permanently restrict and block the device access right once minor usage behavior is confirmed. All operation behaviors and creative results generated by using the application shall be independently borne by adult users, and users shall independently confirm their age qualification before every use.

The entire service system of Xunmov is a closed-loop local operation framework, which ensures that all user creative data and private image content will never be transmitted to any third-party platforms, technical service providers and external network servers. It will never scan, extract, analyze, identify and record user facial contour features, facial feature points, skin biometric information and unique portrait biological identifiers. All user uploaded portrait materials are only used for the single creative task actively initiated by the user. After the completion of AI video generation, the temporary image cache and rendering intermediate data will be automatically and completely cleared by the system. Xunmov will never retain user facial feature data, build user facial feature databases, or store any personal biometric information in local programs and remote servers. No user portrait privacy and biological feature information will be acquired, utilized or leaked during any creative process.
Xunmov supports fully anonymous usage for all users throughout the whole process, and does not require any account registration, mobile phone number binding, email verification and real-name identity authentication. Users can use all creative functions, export functions and sharing functions of the application without submitting any personal identifiable information. We never collect user names, nicknames, genders, geographical locations, contact information and other personal private data. At the same time, we do not collect device model information, unique device identifiers, network IP addresses, application running logs and user operation track data.
All user creative behaviors and operation records only exist locally on the user's personal device, and no behavior data will be uploaded to the cloud or transmitted to third-party platforms. Users can only upload original images that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to use. Any legal disputes and liabilities caused by unauthorized uploading and illegal content creation shall be independently borne by users. Although Xunmov does not actively monitor user local creative content and never transmits any user private data to third-party services, we reserve the right to permanently terminate user usage qualifications and restrict device access once any prohibited creation behaviors are confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated dynamic video works are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Xunmov will never use user uploaded images and generated video works for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display and data analysis, and will never transmit user creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms. All user creative works belong to personal private assets, and users enjoy complete independent ownership and usage rights.
We reserve the right to optimize and update this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration and service upgrade needs. The updated policy content will be displayed on the application setting page and take effect immediately after publication. Users' continued use of Xunmov after policy updates will be deemed as automatic acceptance of new policy terms. All policy updates will never change the core privacy protection commitments of Xunmov, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
